Fantastic Fall Flowers by Heather Prince Yes, you can have flowers from the garden on your Thanksgiving table! We’ll explore which perennials bloom in autumn and add color to our late season gardens, be it sunny or shady. Fall flowers also play an important role in feeding our pollinators before hibernation or migration.

Herbal Infusion by Marcy Lautanen-Raleigh Herbs can infuse their scent and flavor in many ways. Philosophy of Gardens by Eli Voigt of the Darien Garden Club Eli will discuss the spiritual and philosophical aspects of gardening for those who see their gardens as more than just landscapes, but as spaces of community, renewal and connection. He’ll provide some historical background on British, Continental and Colonial gardens, and discuss developments affecting American gardens and their potential to be places of neighborhood renewal and personal fulfillment.
